Standard booking and cancellation conditions

To guarantee a reservation, a credit card number is automatically requested

• Any modification of the reservation, partial or total cancellation must be made in writing.
• A payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
• At D-30: the deposit of 30% is retained.
• At D-20: the deposit of 50% off high season periods are retained.
• D-15: in case of cancellation, 100% of the stay is charged.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the stay is charged
• Any stay started is entirely due.

Special conditions for the New Year’s Day and the UTMB

• For any reservation that straddles this period, the total amount of the stay will be requested when booking.
• Not cancellable and non-refundable.
